CATERING INFO/FAQ’S PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
IMPORTANT NOTE : Our menu has been edited as of april 2024, please read. (new vegan sando)
1. We ask that you contact us with your order at least two working days in advance. This allows us to ensure that we will be stocked with the freshest ingredients to complete your order. Submitting the catering form does not mean that we can accommodate your catering request. If we're able to accommodate, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting the form. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t heard from us.
2. We respond to emails as soon as possible between 7 am and 3 pm. Please be aware that emails received after 3 pm may not be addressed until the following day.
3. The minimum order is set at 10 sandwiches.
2. Gluten free sandwiches are an additonal $2 per gluten-free sandwich.
3. We offer disposables (plate, knife, fork and napkin) for $0.50 per person if specified.
4. A packaging fee of $0.50 cents per sandwich is added if you’d like to have the sandwiches cut in half and each half individually wrapping OR have a “bagged lunch” option. (For example a donut, chips, soda and sandwich in a paper bag with the name of the person on it)
5. All catering orders are subject to 10% gratuity for our staff.
6. All orders must be paid in full by the day of the catering order. If it is not paid by the day of the order we may not will be adding an additional $30 to the invoice was a late fee. If it is still unpaid after a week we will add an additional $50 to the invoice.
7. Orders canceled with less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
8. Anthony At Your Service handles all of our delivery orders because they are the absolute best at what they do. They provide quality, caring, and timely customized deliveries for businesses and individuals in the Edmonton region, while creating opportunities for people with autism and intellectual disabilities to prosper through paid, visible service to the community. Their service fee is $35 for orders up 10km from our Ritchie location. If the delivery site is outside the city we can negotiate depending on your needs.
